I ordered and didn't notice the color was green and I wanted blue to match my dogs color. I emailed customer service and got an email from Julia that she changed it to blue for me. Will recommend FurLife to my freinds.

Julia responded quickly to my email. I needed to stop a recurring order because I have too many for now. She took care of it. Their products are good and I've been happy. Thank you.

Was able to make a correction to my order hassle free. O thank you so much. I love these pendants. Have 3 dogs. 2 Standard Australian Shepherds and a Maltipoo. No signs of fleas or ticks. Living in Texas what a relief. Thanks again so much for correcting my mistake.

I accidentally press a button to purchase for a full year. I sent an email the day after the purchase and got a response back from Julia quickly. I received a spray bottle of flea and tick spray that unfortunately leaked all over. I took a few photos and emailed customer support. Julia was right on it and with a simple confirmation email, my replacement will be on it's way. Simple, painless, fast. This is what great customer service is about. I would give 10 stars if I could.
