I am so glad there is an easy way to communicate with this company. Thank you for relieving me of my anxiety by crediting my account in a timely manner. The service is good but the ordering process was tricky.

I was really pleased with the product that I received last year, and that is why I ordered another one for this year. However, the pendant that I received was defective. I immediately contacted FurLife and sent them a picture of how I received it. FurLife responded immediately to my situation, and within hours, not days, they had scheduled a shipment for a replacement of the defective pendant at no additional charege. Thank you Julia for your fast assistamce.
