I received three cat pendants, and one was damaged. After sending photos, Julia quickly made arrangements to send out a replacement. She was very kind, helpful, and quick to resolve. It was much appreciated!

So happy that after placing my order I messed up on a color AND my home address!!!! Thankfully Julia was able to take care of it all! She changed the collar color to the my preferred color and fixed my address! Thank you so much Julia!

When I got my new pup I was not happy about having to use the topicals the Vet was recommending. I wanted to find a "safe" alternative and found FurLife. I was so happy to find such a wonderful product for my pup. We have been using FurLife for a couple years now and have always had great yearly Heartworm Test Results!
