Julia helped me out twice now with an issue and I'm so blown away that they would take care of me so well. Most companies would either ignore a customer or say "tough", but Fur Life has treated me like family. ♡ Thank you Julia!

When I had discovered that the loop on the collar device that the strap goes through was broken when it arrived, I was very disappointed. I thought nobody’s going to believe that this arrived this way they’ll think I broke it. I had already purchased. For life product before and was actually re-ordering it because I feel it keeps the bugs off of our Airdale terrier and she don’t have to have chemicals on her skin. The customer service team immediately responded to my email and have issued me a new one at no charge. I haven’t received it yet, but I am confident that it will arrive as I also was sent a tracking number. I have referred this product to other friends and family with confidence. Thank you, Patrick and Julia!

I had bought cat flea tag last year for our cat that goes outside and works great so I went ahead and ordered a new one for our cat plus a an other one for our young cat. Then I was talking to a lady named Beth from a warehouse about them asking about one for a kitten and she had suggested for more or extra protection on getting a flea collar plus she gave me an extra discount on the collar if I order one soon so I went ahead and ordered that too. Today I got them all in the mail and the 2 flea tags were correct but the flea collars is for a dog not a cat . So I had texted Beth and told her what had happened and she had sent me a link for support and tell them what had happened so I did and with in a few hours I got an email from Julia saying no worries mistakes happen and is in the process of sending me the right collar and I don’t have to send the dog back! So there for I’m very happy and pleased about this product and they do work too I would like to thank Beth and Julia for all there help!!

I had a question after I received my order. I reached out to customer service and received a prompt reply and then I reached back out with second question. JeAnne and Glisson the representatives were very helpful and answered my questions. I would reach out again if I had any other concerns.
