When I received my order, one of my containers was crushed and the liquid had dissipated out of the collar clip. I sent a message to furlife and immediately got a response back. A new one was sent and I received a email with the tracking # . Great job Julia, you got this taken care of right away. Customer for life....... Deb

I get the fur life pendant for our dogs, well the pod that’s in the pendant came out. Right away I contacted them and was able to speak with Patrick he was quick to help with the problem. He is sending the regular flea collar out right away. That’s great customer service more companies should be like this

This morning went on the fur life website and ordered my dogs flea and tick tag. I got in too big of a hurry and hit the ‘pay now’ button instead of entering the discount coupon code. As soon as i realized I had failed to put in the discount code, I sent an email to FurLife! Almost suddenly I received an email back from Patrick saying he would help me and asked me what the code was and I wrote him back in an email and he was so gracious to give me my 10% discount. I love the pendant flea and tick products for my dogs! I dont want to put any harmful chemical on them so this is a much better option for me and have great success in keeping flea and ticks off of my pets. I recently had a issue with a pendant and their customer service team helped me out (JeAnne and Patrick) responded quickly and resolved my issue by sending a replacement. I highly recommend this product.
