Their web site wouldn't work on my PC, but I was able to reorder thru e-mail. Thank you for your prompt responses! I didn't want my little guy's protection to lapse. He's worn his pendant for almost a year and NO FLEAS OR TICKS!!!!!

Customer support is great. Sending me a new pendant that busted although I asked him if there was any other way to protect the pendant to keep it from being busted as my dog is not very active not sure why it ruptured but Roy was so great to send me another one. Although I have only put this on one dog, my other four are very active and I’m still a bit hesitant to put them on them, but we’ll see how this one turns out.
