I had accidentally selected a couple items I did not intend to order. I emailed to see if my order could be revised. Julia fixed the order right away and emailed me to let me know. I appreciate her efficient service and help, despite it being my error. Thank you!

Julie and Patrick responded to my emails with quick responses. I didn't have to wait for response long at all. They answered ALL my questions. I felt like they were quite knowledgeable on the products and I felt very comfortable with their advice. So I purchased 5 products as soon as I had all my answers answered.

I accidently ordered a second pendant and the charge had gone through. I contacted the company and asked them to cancel the second one. They did! within hours I received notice that the order was cancelled and the charges would be credited back to my card. Julia was prompt and efficient. It does my heart good when there is great customer service.

I reached out via messenger to inquire about the collar attachment for flea and ticks. It did not seem to be working as well ad when we first put it on. Julia responded promptly to my question and offered a suggestion for using two products in conjunction. She shared that the products increase in effectiveness when used together. She let me know of products I could pair with the tag as well as providing me with a code to use on my next purchase. So grateful to have such awesome customer service and our questions answered so we get the best possible options for our girl!
