Patrick and Julia were amazing. I have 6 dogs (a lot I know lol) they play rough all the time of of the oil pods popped out n got lost in the yard I emailed in and asked if it were possible to get a new one. Almost immediately they sent out a replacement pod. Thank you so much looking forward to my next purchase. 😊

It was my first order with FurLife, I realized I ordered the wrong color after I placed my order. Julia was quick to respond and update my order as requested. I am looking forward to receiving my pups first poison free collars from FurLife! So far, great customer service!

I am blown away by the responsiveness of customer service! I inquired about a product and had a few follow up emails. I am amazed how quick and thorough Julia and Patrick were helping me. I have never received such good customer service from any company I have ever worked with. Thank you so much!!! I look forward to using your products and feel comfortable and surprisingly taken care with your care. You are the first company that has done email customer service well!!!! Every other company should take notes.

First let me say, I am very happy with the Fur Life flea pendants. I sat down to order new pendants for my 3 fur babies and inadvertently used the wrong account to pay- I fired off my email explaining what I did and asked for a refund. Less than 24 hours later, I received a reply email from Julia telling me she processed my refund. I can not be happier with the product and customer service and especially with Julia. Bravo Fur Life!

I have yet to purchase this product, but I’m dismayed by the fact that most of the respondents concerning the product feedback spoke of Furlife’s customer service handling damaged products and very little was said about the efficacity of the product itself. So, I am still in the fence.
