Ramon Patrick and Julia helped me correct an order that I goofed on and got me situated in a timely manner. The product works well. Thanks y’all!

I placed an order and for some odd reason, it listed my old delivery address after I made payment... still working that one out. However, I got onto customer service to ask them to change delivery to my current address. Julia got onto it straight away. Phew, what a relief. The old address is in another state, so it would have been hard for me to retrieve. Very happy.

I accidentally ordered an extra item because they have a lot of pop-up offers after the initial sale. I emailed them and they corrected my order.

Honest company. Was ordering for someone else’s pets and they said they didn’t want it. Company canceled the order no questions asked.

Julia was so much help. And only took one day. I hope that you got the right number for my credit card.

Excelente la atención prestada en cuanto al error en la dirección. Ya la dirección está corregida.
