This is the best company I've ever worked with. They care as much for your pet as they do their own. When one of my dogs pendants sprang a leak, they replaced it right away. I have been using their products for a while now. I have never seen a flea or tick. My dogs heart worm test is always neg. Thank you very much Furlife. Diane Hunter Norfolk, Virginia.

I purchased 3 fur life pendants for flea & tick control. One of the pendants had a rip in the thin part that slides through the collar. I texted the company & in less than 12 hrs I received an email they were sending me a replacement. Wonderful customer service as well as a great product!

In my rush of excitement, I accidentally submitted my mailing address without the street numbers, which caused my package to be returned. I reached out to support through their Facebook page, and Julia responded right away. She was extremely helpful and professional in resolving the issue. I’m excited that my package is now on its way—this time to the correct address!

I had received a defective item and wrote to the company. They replied asking me to send them pictures of what the defect was, which I did. The next day a received an email from Julia saying that she had arranged a replacement for me. I was very impressed with the rapid reply and solution Julia gave me. I like dealing with a company that cares.

Hi when I received my order I received four cat covers. I actually have four dogs so when I contacted for life and after I got all my email straightened out they offered to enemy for dog collars in place of the cat collars. I so appreciate their communication and their help in replacing these colors. I will be donating the cat collars to a cat rescue additionally thank you so much to Julia for her communication and help in this matter. I will forever be a fur life customer.

Something went wrong with my order and I ordered more product than I meant to. FurLife quickly responded to my email and refunded my account to the order I meant to place. Thank you.
