Unfortunately, two of the pendants ended up losing their pearls, so I reached out to customer support. Julia from customer service was incredibly helpful. After I sent proof of the issue, she quickly arranged to have two replacements sent out. The product works great and their customer service was fast, helpful, and professional. I really appreciate how they handled the situation. Highly recommend! ⭐
