Julia and Patrick were rockstars when it came to helping us out. Our dog phoebes insert had a small leak. I sent them a video and they sent a replacement quickly so our dog didn’t have to go without being protected. Thank you both so much!

I had ordered 3 of the flea, tick & bug guards for my Yorkies & failed to add my color preferences. Immediately I sent an email explaining what happened & the colors I wanted. In a very short time, Julia answered my email saying she had taken care of the matter and the pink, red, & blue guards would be in my order. Perfect!!

FurLife is great! I accidentally ordered the wrong flea and tick tag and had to cancel. Julia was on it! She refunded me quickly and I was able to get the right tag with no issues. Thanks again Julia!

JeAnne was wonderful in taking care of my needs. I had accidentally placed an order that I didn’t need. She was able to go in and cancel this order. I discovered I still had on flea and tick collar left from last year and didn’t need the order I had made. I love FurLife and will definitely be back next year for our next collar. Thank you!
