Customer Service rep Julia responded to my email immediately. Took care of the problem very professionally. Very easy correspondence qand fast service.

The support was awesome. Julia was very kind and helped me look for the missing package and when we couldn’t find it, she re-ordered a new package thank you for all of your help.

I was getting two furlife collars and I forgot to enter my promo code. I could have saved more than $14. I emailed the company and Julia was kind enough to refund my order so I can order again with the code. It was my mistake not entering the code , so I’m very pleased with how they treat their customers. This is my second order of the collars. Last year they worked great! Thanks furlife. I’m so happy to not have to add harmful chemicals onto my beloved pets to avoid pests!!!

Julia took care of my mistake ordering 2 cat deals and changed it to 2 dog deals. She took care of the problem.

I was very disappointed and sad at first because something apparently went wrong with my order for a flea collar I ordered for my cat, who was scratching herself raw. Julia and Patrick intervened, both very empathetic, caring, and anxious to help. They went above and beyond and I feel Truly Blessed to have interacted with Julia and with Patrick! I won't leave them now. Thank you Both So Much for helping my cat and me! ❤️

I like most people now days are trying to get more done in a day than I should. So I came across FurLife collars and wanted to try them. Ordered and late the following day checked to see if they had shipped. Thank goodness I did because I thought I had ordered 1 dog & 2 cat collars but had all 3 were dog. Contacted the company to see if this could be changed, and Julia was able to correct my order. Can't wait to try them. Thanks for your help Julia
