I love the natural essential oil flea and tick this company makes. This time my order came with one product damaged and I have never experienced faster customer service resolution like what they provided! Julia took care of my issue and responded to my inquiry for a replacement almost immediately and then again after my response to her sent out a replacement! Julia was amazing! I had an issue with a leak in my dogs flea/tick collar and she handled it quickly and was very kind! Additionally, this was the only time I’ve ever had an issue with the product. The one I got last year lasted over a year and there were no fleas and ticks at all on my dog or in my home.

Quick fast service if when I had a shipping problem they were fast at making corrections to ensure it arrived at the correct place 😍
