Julia and Patrick were very helpful...professional with my situation. I explained my issue and they both worked at getting a solution. Patrick especially showed that he cared both in business like and personally. He showed compassion for my concerns. When i emailed to return 2 items at first I was little skeptical...confused. Then of course I then understood they were just doing their job. But when i explained my situation in detail, Patrick was very understanding and helpful to rectify the situation. I want to say that i feel Julia and Patrick are an asset to the company. I will be informing all paw parent's on how your customer service is a 5 star rating. After all, the best customer service is crucial to your customers. Thank you again FurLife support and especially Julia and Patrick.

Patrick answered my concern of receiving the wrong product and fixed it for me. I am a new consumer in hopes of returning after seeing how well the product protects my fur baby. Thank you Patrick for your prompt responses.

I purchased 2 12mos dog collars for my 2 yr old African Boerboel (200lbs) and my 6 mos old African Boerboel (100lbs). And they play rough with each other outside, and one of the collars got puncture afer wearing less thank a week I contacted support and explained what happened, Julia and Patrick both reached out to me immediately, and offered a free replacement! EXCELLENT! customer service and amazing response!

so I had ordered the collar capsule and had initially had my address wrong. It was supposed to be delivered today, but due to the address mishap it was not. Julia had reached out to me before I even realized there was an issue stating that if I could revise my address, they will figure it out and get me squared away. I really found this beneficial as it is going to speed up this whole process due to the mishap of the address initially I am so grateful for this company. They do such a great job and they’re very easy to connect with!

After reading all of the great reviews, I decided to order the flea and tick collars for my pups. I mistakenly ordered twice and contacted customer service. They were fixing my mistake in no time. I instantly got my refund. Talk about Great Customer Service. My dogs don’t seem to mind these new collars. I highly recommend Fur-Life.

I had an issue where the rubber holder broke which I do not know how it broke but Julia sent me a new one immediately! Thank you FurLife! Linda G

I had an issue with incorrect quantities in my order and was worried it wouldn’t be possible to modify or cancel it since many companies don’t allow changes after submission. However, Julia responded incredibly quickly (even on a Sunday) and was able to help resolve everything. Excellent customer service!

Hello, I would like to THANK JULIA for her quick reply to my message. This situation has been heavy on my mind, and as you may be able to tell, it’s after 3:30 in the morning when I’m usually asleep but I can’t.
