I have been using furlife tick/ flea tag for the past few years. I was hesitant at first, but it worked great and has continued to work over the years. When I received my new tag, unfortunately it ripped when I was getting on the collar. I have had several and that has never happened. When Patrick at furlife reached out to make sure my order arrived and I was happy with it, I mentioned that it had ripped. He immediately sent me a replacement. The customer service and follow through was terrific and I can’t say enough about the tag itself. Great investment, good for my dog.

I just would like to say that I have used this product for 2 dogs for 2 years. This is one of the great products that worked and I have been thru a lot of products. Reading some of your reviews it seems perhaps that an overhaul of your shipping department might be in order with all the issues. Sorry.

I received a FurLife package in the mail that was damaged and the product had leaked out completely through transport so I notified FurLife about this situation and sent them photos of damaged package. Patrick from Furlife contacted me and assured me they would send me the product (Tick Spray) free of charge. As a customer I so appreciate their promptness and of course the replacement of the product.
