I am a repeat customer because these really work! I was skeptical at first but I really hate using harsh chemicals on my two small pups. I tried FurLife last year and didn’t have a single problem with ticks. Now I’m a repeat customer and I recommend these to my friends with pets! Julia in customer service was very responsive and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this product and company!

Customer service and the fur life flea collars are top notch!!..the flea collars are awesome lasts what we found at least a year and are 100% effective!!..prior to using fur life flea and tick collars on our “Isabella” Stsffie who would get at least 5-10 ticks a day!!We put the fur life flea and tick collar on and they immediately stopped!!You will not see them again..it’s been a year on same collar!! You won’t regret this purchase!

I ordered two dog collars and one was too small for my large Bernedoodle so I wanted to exchange it for the collar tag instead. I emailed the support team at FurLife and they were exceptionally quick at replying. JeAnne and Patrick were great to work with even allowing me to keep the collar and sending me info on how to pay the difference for the tag easily. Thanks FurLIfe!

I was very pleased at how fast Miss Julia was able to amend the problem I did myself. I had accidentally placed 2 orders and only needed 1. Thank you, Miss Julia.
