Julia worked with me. I misunderstood the way I made the order. She worked with me to get my order right. Thank goodness I was dealing with an honest company. I will order more things when I have more money. Don't be afraid to deal with the Furlife company. These people are honest. There aren't many online would work with you. I will be with them for as long as my Furbabies live.

Somehow I messed up my order and Patrick and Julia fixed everything for me. I am so grateful. It would have cost me more than I could afford.

So far, I am very pleased with FurLife’s customer service response to my issue. I emailed my concerns late last night and, by this morning, JeAnne had responded and, hopefully, resolved my issue. I cannot indicate total satisfaction at this point because it will take some time to see if what was done actually appears in my account. However, I am hopeful that JeAnne will be true to her word and my issue will be resolved asap.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color and realized it right after I checked out. I sent an email to customer service and I was very impressed with the speed of changing my order and communicating with me! Julia was extremely helpful and very kind!

I was having an issue with ordering a certain color and the system kept showing green. I still ordered 3 (for my three fur babies). I immediately sent a message to Fur Life and they responded immediately and changed my color. Awesome customer service!!
