I had placed an order back in December but never opened the package to check cause I wasn’t going to be using it right away. Fast forward to March and I opened the package and there was a collar in pink and not the pendant. I wrote the company to see what they could do and after some verifications they are sending me the right product. I was skeptical about it last year when I ordered my first ones but we had 2 stray cats arrive and got them collars and bought the pendant for my dog. We are pleased to say the cats that ran around outside most of the summer never had a tick and they are in the woods all the time my dog maybe had 3 at the most and were dead I have to say I’m impressed and unless this year is different I’ll be buying these again

This is my second round of buying this product? And I absolutely love it. It lasted way longer than expected. I give this product in five star. ⭐️ if you don’t want harsh chemicals on your animals, then I recommend this product I use it for my cat and dog 🐕 it does have a odor to it. That eventually goes away. LOVEEEEEE this product.
