Great product! I used the 12 month collar on my dog last year and it seems like it takes a little bit of time at first (we also live in an area with alot of ticks) but it does work in the long run!! When I was ordering a new collar for this year I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and Julia got it fixed right away! Very happy with the product and customer service. Going to try the chews next!

I ordered the dog collar but quickly realized that the cat collar would be a better fit for my petite dog. Julia with fur Leif was great and understanding our capsule had emptied itself. She said that sometimes when dogs play rough that it has been known to empty, I did not know that and it’s not her fault but I do appreciate her understanding and willingness to help by sending us another replacement.
