I ordered the flea protection collar for my Buster, this is my second year using this one. The collar provided great results for protecting my pet from fleas. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an safe alternative to keep your pet flea free and free from harmful chemicals that can cause negative reactions to your pet. This company stands behind their products and their customers. I ordered recently my new collar for the year and in the process of opening the package, I accidentally cut the product. I contacted the company to see if they had any suggestions on how I could repair it, they communicated very quickly with me and offered to replace it, even though it was not their problem. I will definitely continue to do business with them. What a exceptional company. Just an FYI, I combined the collar with the Dog Chews and Buster did not have any fleas all year.
