I order some flea and tick pendants for my dog and I ordered the wrong color.Julia from Furlife seen my message and made it right before shipping. Thank you for changing my order.

The email i had listed was wrong. I sent an email to have it changed and Julia was on it! It's been corrected with little to no effort on my part!

First of all there products are all natural and affordable. Ms Julia & Mr.Patrick are very nice and really want to make sure you are happy with your purchase or purchases. I feel better knowing there is these wonderful natural good products out there for my fur babies. I highly recommend furlife for your fur babies 100%

Patrick was quick to respond to my issue. I love the pendants but the design should be improved.The pendants fall out. Either asmaller opening or someting across the opening would help.
