The product arrived in reasonable time! When I opened the package it was as advertised! Upon opening, I have the product and day to sit out in the open as it was rather strong. Since our dog has had the attachment on his collar he's been bug free!

Love this product! It’s safe and pet and child friendly. The only thing I can say is I wish they were a bit more sturdy, as I have playful pups and they’ve broken each others pendants. But I reordered them and will continue using them!

Greatly reduces fleas, but still need to flea comb periodically. Still works better than any chemicals I’ve used and it smells nice

Collars are great and don't have a bad smell! Love the color as well. My dogs don't bother them like others in the past. Shipping took longer than expected but the communication was awesome!

Order takes 20+ days to arrive...

The pendant seems to be working well. No fleas or ticks have been noticed. He has had some scratching. I’m not sure if the cause is the pendant or something else. I did order the regular collar to try on my son’s dog. We will see if it works for her. She doesn’t have it on yet as they have been on vacation.

bought four of their 12 month pendants and I noticed no improvements in my pets. They would still scratch a lot and bite at their skin .Now that I am kindly asking for a refund they refuse to give it to me because they say my pet must be pest free . So please be careful before you buy this ! Your pets must be completely pest free for this to work . Sad it didn’t work for my dogs but every pet is different. Update: marc was very helpful I was able to get my refund without any trouble . Thank you for honoring your money back guarantee.

Hello Nicolas, thank you for sharing your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration you've encountered. We want to clarify that our pendants and collars are designed as preventive measures, and they are most effective when used to prevent infestations rather than treat active ones. For pets that already have fleas or ticks, it's crucial to first treat the infestation with an appropriate solution prescribed by your vet. Once the infestation is under control, our products can then be used to help prevent future occurrences. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the product, and we’d like to make things right. Please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can discuss your refund request further. We’re committed to ensuring that our customers are happy with their purchases, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Kind regards Marc

So far so good . The smell is really strong but the packaging tells you that. My only issue was shipping took 3 weeks
