FurLife™Reviews of getfurlife.com

Thank you so much for your quick response & handling of my address issue. We travel so we are different places. JeAnne & Patrick did an exceptional job in taking care of my issue. Katie has been treated but with a topical chemical that I really want to get away from & max has neuro issues with the topical chemicals. Our neighbor here in Florida recommended your company and I’m very pleased with what I’ve researched. I’m looking forward to receiving the package and can’t thank you enough for your speedy response. Thank you again, patti, katie & max.

I wrote an email to the company regarding an inability to use one of the insect repellent products I ordered as I accidentally damaged it upon opening up the package. Within 24 hours, I received an email from a Fur Life rep named Julia who offered to replace the damaged item. I feel immensely grateful as this product was meant to last for 12 months. I am happy to recommend this company to all for their amazing customer service and safe, quality products to keep my pups flea, tick, and insect free.

Julia was extremely helpful and prompt. Thank you

Julia was super helpful and responsive! I would recommend FurLife 10/10

Julia was on top of her game today! I never chose the colors for my furlife collars and sent a email and it was returned and fixed in no time! Great customer service furlife!! #happydogmom

Julia & JeAnne were very helpful when I reached out to exchange the pendant I accidentally ordered the wrong one and she made the whole process so easy to exchange and help me out.

JeAnne and Julia we're very helpful with a quick response to fix the problem! We have a horrible issue in WNY with ticks and these collars help!

Julia has been exceptionally accommodating with helping me navigate my order for my many little fur animals! I am so excited to try this! Thank you Julia!
