Ticks are already terrible this year. I am so glad I found FurLife to protect my dogs. To make things even better, the customer service is top notch! I had one of my FurLife collar attachments randomly stop working—the liquid had completely leaked out, and it wasn’t protecting my dog from ticks anymore (I unfortunately found a few on him 😩). I reached out to customer service, and Julia was honestly so helpful. She just asked for a quick picture to make sure it wasn’t damaged, and then sent me a brand new one right away. Super easy and no hassle at all. Really appreciate how quickly they took care of it!
