I found out about FurLife collars a couple years ago, and wanting to get away from the chemicals in prescription flea and tick meds, I decided to give them a try. I was VERY PLEASED with how well the collars function and keep my 4 dogs tick/flea free. I ordered a new set for the dogs for this year, and while placing one on JuneBug’s collar the loop broke and the only way it would stay on was to duct tape it. I contacted FurLife and worked with JeAnne and Julia on the situation. they were very pleasant and helpful, and immediately put a replacement in the mail for JuneBug. These collars work very well for our 4 dogs - a 120lb. Mastiff mix (Bogart), a 70lb staffordshire pitbull (JuneBug), a 50lb. pittie mix (Cassie), and a 32lb Iggy/shepherd mix (HoneyBea). I appreciate JeAnne and Julia fast action and attention to the issue I had.

Quick response. I wasn’t really looking for a replacement, I just wanted to communicate the defective item I received. Not only did they insist on a free replacement, they shipped it out same day.

I had a little mishap with the original pendant and emailed them with my concerns and immediately got an email from Julia saying they are replacing it I considered this unexpected and am so happy with this small company customer service highly recommended

JeAnne helped me immensly, i have to say i wasnt sure if i was able to have this done for me but she made it easy, i was buying furlife pendants, but i needed different colors cause i was buying for a friend, and she made it possible. Thank you JeAnne, You recieve 5 stars from me.

I emailed the company that two of my medallion’s pendant were leaking and without hesitation JeAnne with customer support help me with no questions asked and shipped two new ones immediately. Top-notch customer service I appreciate it.
