First off, I absolutely love this company and products. I had placed an order and when I received the order I had noticed that I accidentally ordered the wrong product. I reached out to Furlife through email and JeAnne and Julia were very professional and helpful. My emails were responded to very quickly and professionally. We had an issue with the delivery once it was received, and I sent a email explaining what the issue was. So I received a reply back and I did send pictures of exactly what the problem was. JeAnne and Mat were quick to respond and offered a new shipment at no charge. I truly was impressed by the response and I knew if they saw what the issue was they definitely would understand the problem. They definitely went above and beyond to take care of this. What I love most is that it releases essential oils gradually throughout the year, instead of all at once and drying out. Beyond the quality of their products, their customer service truly stands out. I ordered a bundle of collars but could only select one color online. After placing my order, I emailed to see if I could get two different colors—figuring it was worth a try. Not only did they respond quickly, but they happily made the change for me!
