Prompt response and easy resolution of issue. Glisson, Roy and Ramon worked my damaged item replacement request in a kind and “customer focused” manner. They offered reasonable option for replacing without a lot of back and forth. Excited to see how well the product works for our (8) pups.

I will be a customer fur life! 😉 we’ve had our flea and tick pendants for less than a month and our rambunctious one lost hers already! When I noticed it, I emailed them and Julia was very quick to let me show she was shipping out a replacement for me! Amazing customer service for an amazing product that works great! Our dogs haven’t had a single tick crawling on them since and my dog without the pendant had one on her today. So I’ll be glad to get her replacement!
