I had a small issue with my cat furlife purchase and the customer service rep Julia was quick to respond and arranged for a replacement. Great customer service! I am a happy customer. :)

I had been seeing this product on Facebook and thought I would give it a try because outside of the vet pills nothing else seemed to work. The package stated delivered however it was not. I messaged customer support and right away they were on it and a replacement package is on its way for my fur babies. Matt and Ramon, were outstanding in resolving my issue. Thank you again Matt and Ramon for taking and resolving this matter so quickly.

Jeanne and Julia were SUPER helpful and quick to respond to my email. I had submitted my order prior to entering my discount code and they were able to give me the discount. There was no haggling, or back and forth discussion. They simple refunded me the discount. I LOVE this product for my two dogs and will continue to purchase it and let other pet owners know that!

I haven’t received the product yet but the customer service I received from Glisson was excellent. I realized a mistake I made in my order after I sent it, and Glisson fixed it for me quickly and completely. I am impressed.
