I recently moved back in December and more recently ordered 4 things from the internet and all have been shipped to my old address. These folks are the only company that has reached out with a positive result. I appreciate the communication and the critical thinking that is absent from so many companies these days, Covid really messed up things, especially in corporate because so many people jumped around from job to job companies lost the knowledgeable management staff required to train anyone new.

When I see the Furlife products advertised, I see the pendent as their main product. I ordered two (8 months) collars and was confused that there was no pendant that came with them so I emailed the company. Glisson promptly returned my email explaining the difference of the pendant vs the collars. The pendant is for an as needed basis and the collar for more long term support. I am going away and my family is in charge of our dog,I chose the Furlife product in place of chemicals to protect my dog, because I want him to be healthy and not poison his body.I will write another review on the effectiveness of their products once I have my dog using them for over a month. As for now, I am happy with the customer service I received from Glisson, who also offered a free product to try, which will be the pendent. I did mention they should have the company explain the product better when purchasing. I truly thought the collar meant collar with pendent to slide on. I look forward to trying both and seeing which best suits my dog.

We had a little hiccup with shipping and FurLife could not have been more helpful to quickly resolve the situation. Especially Ramon and Glisson went out of their way to understand, react and resolve with human kindness. This is rare in todays world of business. Most companies pass the blame and never help. Glisson, Mat and Ramon were all extra helpful and made sure I was 100 percent satisfied with everything. The issue wasn’t even their fault but they made sure to make it right. Will continue to use Furlife for all my future animal needs!

An order of mine wasn’t delivered/lost by the carrier. When I contacted customer support the responses were very quick and timely and my issue was resolved easily.
