I have used Furlife for my dogs for 3 years now and love the product and have even got several of our friends use it now too. When I got this year's order 1 of the packages was missing the pod. Glisson handled my problem quickly and they are getting a new 1 sent asap. Thank you

I contacted Furlife support and got an email within hours asking for a picture of the product I bought and what was wrong. I sent a picture of the pendant I purchased and it showed one end that goes around the collar was broken. I recieved an email from Julia letting me know that I new pendant was shipping out. So very pleased with the service I recieved. I used Furlife oe dants last year and had not even one tick on my Shepard or my lab. It is a wonderful product.

Customer service is amazing! Julia, from Furlife answered a request I had, and honored it. I had placed my order, then an advertisement popped up on my phone with a discount. I submitted a request to see if the company would adjust my bill. Within a few hours it was done, and Julia sent an email making sure I saw the change.
