I tried to order and it was a little higher than expected... Beth sent me a message and helped... and later on after i place the order i notice about the color of the collar.. i sent a message and very quickly Julia replied to my email an assuring of my request ... this is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. and let me tell you.. this STUFF WORKS!!! in my dogs...

The conversation was well thought out and Glisson, JeAnn and Julia addressed the issue I presented with professionalism and compassion. What a breath of fresh air! I emailed FurLife on Friday afternoon/evening, expecting to receive a response by perhaps the next week…but early Saturday morning, to my delight, a response had been sent! Although we did have a couple of more exchanges, it ended with the representatives(Glisson, JeAnn and Julia) placing themselves in my situation and offering me another try at their product. I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience.

I love FurLife flea and tick control. It's so much better than chemicals. I don't use chemicals on my own body. Why would I use them on my fur babies' bodies? I wouldn't. I just added a 9-week old kitten to our family and she's already e pised to danger even though she doesn't go outside. Her sisters roam outside and could potentially bring in fleas or ticks so protecting her at this young age is necessary. I emailed their customer support and received a prompt response from Julia. Thank you, Julia, for your support and information. I'll be ordering a collar for the baby. I love Fur Life products
