We want to be very clear that this is not the experience we want any customer to have. While our pendant is designed to help repel fleas and ticks using natural ingredients, it is not intended to increase pest activity, and if tick exposure has become more frequent, continuing use is not appropriate. We strongly recommend discontinuing use immediately to protect your dog’s comfort and safety. Although our ingredients are generally considered safe, individual sensitivities and environmental factors can play a significant role, and in some cases natural products may simply not be effective particularly in high tick-pressure areas. The concentration of bites near the neck could also indicate irritation or sensitivity, which makes stopping use the right decision. We’re also very concerned to hear that you feel unsupported and that communication with customer service stopped. That is not acceptable and does not reflect the level of care we aim to provide.
