I purchased a two pack of flea and tick tags & my dogs wrestle a lot & on one of the tags the scent bead got out & the customer service team, particularly Ramon & Glisson helped us get another replacement immediately. We love this product because it’s all natural & it actually works for our pup’s. Thank y’all so much.

I have used FurLife for a few years now. This is a natural alternative to keep those pesky fleas & ticks off my fur babies. The first time I ordered the collars, this last time I order the collar sleeve/pods. My babies are very rambunctious & the pods fell out & was lost in the yard. I recently made an order to get a Dog pendant for my Pup, Kipper. However upon ordering I mistakenly ordered a Cat pendant. I contacted customer support and Roy was able to assist me with changing my order to a Dog pendant within a short amount of time.
