After I had placed my order I realized I needed to change a color, I had emailed customer support and Matt was quick to respond and update my order to my preferences. This product has made my life so much easier. I was easily picking 3 to 5 ticks a day off my dogs. Now we haven't seen any. Glisson has been a wonder to work with, very very helpful. I will continue to be a client of theirs as long as I have animals. The product makes a lot more sense then the pesticides used by other companies.
