I was very happy with Julie replying quickly and answering my question and then quickly change my order for what I needed. I’m very excited to try your product for my three-year-old Pup has seizures and I thought I was using a safe collar till a friend told me about your product and spoke about the collar I use can also cause seizures so I am very excited to try your product and I prefer all natural anyhow earlier in the day
