The product had been on my dogs for about a month now and they are still flea and tick free. Also, I had a problem with opening the second package and cut one end of the holder off. I attached it to my dogs collar by the one end and it is still working to keep her flea free and happy but the disk keeps coming out. When I let them know, Julia responded promply and has sent out one that has not been damaged by me. It was a very quick response. I really appreciate it. They have been a very reliable company to work with. Thank you very much Julia for your kindness in this matter and I will be very careful when opening the replacement holder. I was very happy with my experience with FurLife. I did not receive my order, it was stated it was delivered. After checking with neighbors, I discovered they had not received it by mistake. I reported it to FurLife and they were more than happy to replace it no questions asked. I have used FurLife before and have been a faithful customer. It is the only product I can rely on to be safe and effective for my fur babies. Julia was very helpful in helping me resolve this issue! This is the second purchase from FurLife. We have ticks horrible and used the pendants on our dogs. Never saw a tick on them.

I reached out about two products I had ordered for my fur babies that arrived broken. I didn’t notice a few weeks later that the product had leaked out of the bubble. But JeAnne was of great help. I got response with a solution so quick. I never got this kind of support so quickly for any company. I truly appreciate that they take care of their clients. I really hope the flea products works this time if so I will be buying from them all the time!

What was a mistake between my husband and I, we purchased 4 of the 12 month collar attachments within minutes of eachother. Julia, promptly refunded 4 of them. Very big help, on our mistake. Thank you for being kind and understanding. Maria Waters

Had an issue with the holder breaking, contacted customer service and they are shipping out a replacement right away and doing this all on a weekend. So I would say awesome customer service!
