FurLife™Reviews of getfurlife.com

This is an amazing company! I love the product and it does really work. We live in the Northwoods of Wisconsin and fleas and ticks are terrible lots of other products I've used just don't work, not like Furlife. Never had an issue sense getting one of there pendants. Unfortunately it broke, I reached out if there was anything they could do or if I just needed to buy a new one and I was ok with that cause it actually works! Julia reach right back out with a message, I sent pictures back and with another nice message she said no problem we'll send out a new one for you! I really appreciate this company you guys have a wonderful team! Fast, easy to order and message and seem to have a great staff, thanks again Julia and Furlife you got a customer for life!!

For some reason my order didnt show up in the mail even though the tracking said it was delivered, jeAnne and Julia made it right and sent me another order free of charge, im very happy with the service they provided and they were very professional and fast to get back to me, thanks again!

I made a mistake when I placed my order. Patrick and Julie were there to make things right for me. I appreciate the assistance I received from them.

I was excited to receive my package for my pups. They are having a flee problem. When I received the package it was damaged and one of the items has leaked out completely. Which was disappointing. Thanks to Julia and her quick response save the day. She quickly corrected the problem and immediately sent out a replacement of the damaged product. Thank you Julia for your prompt response and for making it right.

Great customer service support! Thank you Jeanna and Julia! This will be my second time ordering. Great product and it works! We live in the mountains with lots of ticks and fleas. These collars give my family relief that our animals will be safe from ticks and fleas. I can allow them in our house without having to worry about them getting into our house.

Love the FurLife products and would like to recognize Patrick from the FurLife team. I sent an email addressing a concern and Patrick was quick to respond to my concern, addressed it politely and professionally and was very kind! Great support!

Julia was exceptional at responding to my message and attending to my needs and concerns. I would like to add that furlife in a whole is an outstanding company to work with no matter what the issue is, they will go above and beyond to make it right with their customers. 5 stars is not enough in my opinion for Julia and the customer service team that this company provides to their customers

The flea and tick collar that Glisson ,Patrick, and Julia have that works for 8 months works great. I have been using it for years for my dog. I will never buy any other brand. Keep up the great work. My dog Athena and I say thank you for protecting her from fleas.
