Jeanne and Julia showed me so much care when I had a question about a product! They responded very quickly and did an amazing job resolving my issue. I order a lot online and never have I had such a quick response and solution for anything else.

Great company, excellent customer service, I accidentally added an item to my order that I didn’t want, Glisson took care of it right away and refunded the item. No back n forth. Just handled. I appreciate you Glisson!

This was my 3rd order with furlife. One of the disc came out of my dogs collar. This has never happened. I reached out to furlife. JeAnne was on it. She assured me things happen and was sending me out a new disc for my dogs collar. Not only does this product work amazingly but so is the customer service. Thank you furlife for keeping my dogs safe. Kristin James

I recently ordered a couple of the dog collar tags and one of the tag’s tablet fell out unknowingly. I contacted support and after providing details, Glisson and JeAnne were fast to respond, gather information regarding the issue, and provide a resolution. I’m happy to be getting a replacement sent to me so I can keep my dog protected this season! Thank you for the fast and friendly support, Glisson and JeAnne!!!

I ordered flea and tick pendants for our two dogs and about 10 days after I put them on one of the hard essential oil capsules fell out somewhere. I reached out to customer support and Julia replied. She let me know what they needed and I sent a photo of the dogs collars so she could see one the one with and one without. She was able to get me a replacement and it's so appreciated since this is my first time using the flea and tick pendants. Since I am a first time user of the product, I really can't say if they work or not for my dogs, but I can say that customer service is excellent. Thank you again so much for your help!
