I had some questions about this collar and contacted them via email. They responded quickly and answered my questions. Coincidentally, after my emails, the bubble with all of the oils popped on my cats collar. I emailed them again and they did mention it could happen and to send them photographs of the popped bubble. I was worried it may hurt my cat, but they reassured me that they are natural oils and will not harm him. They are replacing it for me for free! I am so appreciative for them for replacing it and their professionalism. Thank you Roy, Mat and Glisson for keeping my pets safe!

We had a little scare with our puppy, thinking she may have injested the pod from her pendant. JeAnne, Glisson and Roy all responded right away to all my questions and concerns, and just really solidified my confidence and trust in Furlife! I use the flea/tick pendants on all my dogs, even the puppy who will apparently eat just about anything!! Thanks team!!

I had never ordered from FurLife before so I wanted to try the product since we have a lot of ticks here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. However, I placed my order and put in the discount code and when my payment was processed, the discount was not applied. So, I replied back to my product verification email and within hours, Julia, a representative for FurLife contacted me and told me that my discount/refund had been processed.
