This was my first time buying from here. Love the product but was damaged after a few days wear. Ramon and Mat worked great with me in getting a replacement. Have recommended this product to other people.

I had accidentally not put my full address when placing my order for a flea and tick collar, which are wonderful necessities by the way. I emailed with Mat who immediately corrected my address. My request was put in and personally fulfilled the same day :)

I actually cancelled my order before I received it. Because I seen so many mixed reviews. Roy reached out to me and made everything super easy with the cancellation. I'm not sure how the collar works but customer service was great.

On March 9, 2026 I purchased a flea and tick collar and had to look back at my original order to track where it was. After a few email messages to FurLife, it comes to be that the item is being held up for some reason. So Julia and Roy were so kind to rectify my situation and sent me a replacement collar today!! I am very impressed with their customer service and follow-up. I look forward to putting it on my furbaby.
