I bought four collars for my dogs, and three of them didn’t fit cause my guys are chunky. I immediately contacted the company and they were very gracious and quick response back to me asked me why or what the problem was with them. I explained it to him they wouldn’t go around her call their neck. They were very gracious and offered to return them or to send me the tags instead of the collars. I really appreciate that and now I’d buy these again.

Roman and Julia have given me great support and have managed to get me a new delivery for a set of collars that I believe could’ve been a bad batch. I have been using your product now for a couple of years and have never had the issues that I have this year with my dog still having ticks thank you, Roman and Julia for great customer service.

I had accidentally ordered the wrong product that didn't work for my giant dogs. I sent an email and Roy and Mat did a great job getting another invoice made up with the right product. The collar that does fit my Doodle is great so far..

Living on a farm normal flee and tick collars can come off easily, however it still did its job well (when they had em on). So this year I tried the year round Protection just so can put it on the dogs actual collar without falling off. Unfortunately the oils in the product depleted in only a few short weeks. I did end up emailing about the situation and after a few back and forths with Julia and Roy they honored their guarantee and word, and sent out 2 new year round Protection collars. Not only for my dogs but with kids around I truly like the all natural collars and hope I have better luck with the year round Protection collars as I do appreciate this product!
