I wanted to purchase more tick protection for my dogs. After reading the reviews for FurLife I knew this product was for me. Once I placed the order something went wrong with my mailing address. I left an email and I sent a text. Glisson took care of the issue and confirmed that my order was all taken care of. I loved the customer service!

I had bought one fur life last year for my cat not one flea or tick. This year two for the dogs. Their was an error once I got to the right place it was taken care of 100% I'll be back next year.

Furlife's customer service is wonderful. They answer any questions almost instantly. When we received a broken pendant upon opening. They almost instantly took care of it and a new one is on the no charge. Will definitely use them again.
