Gibson and Matt at furlife support were super helpful. I was confused about ordering two different cat collars in different colors and if I would still get the discount for ordering two. They responded fast and were professional. They also assisted me with locating my order and tracking it after I placed it because I had not received a confirmation email. Great service. I am excited for my order and see how effective file is, I’ve already found 6 ticks on my dog this spring.

I was skeptical at first but I bought one for both of my dogs. My one doxie tends to attract ticks way more than my other one and I've been finding them all over her. I recently found one on her neck, right where the tag sits completely dead. Its legs were breaking off when I tried to remove it. I will absolutely be back to grab more. Amazing product!

I made a mistake ordering and found out it was okay. Mat informed me that the cat flea/tick tag would be okay on our dogs as it’s pretty much the same ingredients and same time span. I was thankful I didn’t have to fuss with doing a return and waiting for new tags. Shows that customer service does exist these days. I was very appreciative and thankful.
