FurLife™Reviews of getfurlife.com

Can I just say for once, I am so happy with the outcome of this company and I had. Roy email me right back and made my request possible. I have never seen a company response so fast, So polite , so kind the list goes on and on. I made a silly little mistake and chose the wrong color so I emailed the company and Roy responded quickly and my request was granted. Thank you so much. It's been a pleasure working with this company. I will return and I will be telling all my friends. Again thank you

I ordered two of the fur lifes collars for my boxer because I like that it's all natural.I was suppose to get 40%off my order and was denied I talked with Jeananne and Julia and they got me my 40% off.I really appreciate it living on partial social security. Thanks so much to you both.

My question was answered by Matt and I will be purchasing 3 collars. Live on a ranch and have many excursions in the woods with my animals. I am looking for an alternative to expensive chemicals. If this works as well as it is said to, I will be notifying family and friend and my 4H group. I am the test pilot.

Roy and Jeanne are the best! Took care of my concerns in a very timely manner and very happy they were willing to help! This company is the greatest!

Roy was a huge help with my questions! Quick polite response and detailed explanation. Great customer service! Thank you!

Your people make your company Glisson, Mat, and Julia we’re very good representatives for you and speedy responses each time. I will continue to do business with your company because of these people and the way they reacted to my problem that sound good or not.

I accidentally ordered 2 tags instead of 2 collars and Roy made it so easy to correct.my mistake. I emailed them immediately and Roy got back to me right away to let me know the changes were made and the collars were on the way! This is our 2nd year using Furlife for our dogs.

Honestly I have never dealt with a company with the level of customer service that FurLife provides. No matter who answered an email everyone was very helpful, and believe me my email was a bit messed up. Jeanne was truly the best. She stuck with me until all was complete. I am a new customer of FurLife and thank you for all your help.
