Furlife is amazing! We lost our sweet Molly two days ago at 5 years old. We are totally devastated. I messaged Furlife to see how to return the product. Julia kindly said we are refunding the full charge and you just keep it and donate it somewhere. In this world, that act of kindness made my day!
