I will absolutely order again from FurLife. I received a dog flea & tick preventer in a metal box that was very dented and the preventer itself was broken. I emailed FurLife just to let them know that the damage probably happened during shipping. To my surprise I was asked to provide pictures of the container and preventer. I provided the pictures and I was sent a replacement that arrived just fine. Many thanks to Mat, Patrick & Julia from FurLife for such efficient and prompt customer service. I have referred many of my friends to this company because I don't want to use harsh chemicals for flea and tick prevention. A friend's dog had seizures after using a Seresto collar. Once the Seresto collar was removed, the seizures stopped. Nice to know if I refer someone to this company and if they have any kind of issue it will be resolved quickly. Their product is great and the customer service amazing.

JeAnne was very helpful and was quick with corespondents with me . She corrected my Address so my purchase would be shipped to the correct address. Her customer service was excellent.

I've gotten the calming collar and the 12 month flea and tick pendent. And they have been amazing. I had a little hick up with my pendent but Roy and Julia handled that quickly. I recommend this product.

Great customer service! Glisson responded right away when I had trouble with damage on my initial order and made sure I was taken care of!

I had ordered three of the flea and tick pendants from fur life for my dog and cat. When they first started wearing them I hadn't seen any fleas or ticks on my dog or cat. I had a issue with them about a week or so after they were wearing them. The oil had looked like it had evaporated and the smell was gone. I figured it was a bad batch and got in touch with them. Matt and Julia responded back within 24 hours. They wanted me to send a picture or video so, I sent them both. Matt and Julia responded right back to me and told me they would replace them so, I told them that would be fine. The replacements are on their way. Matt and Julia was accurate and kind, responded quickly, very civil and friendly. And great customer service. I recommend them to anyone as the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time.
