Julia was sooo sweet and helpful she was so quick to get back with me about my mistake in my order with my cat pendants and I was able to get ordered exactly what i needed. She is a true example of what a representative of a caring company should be. Thank you again Julia!

I had purchased 4 FurLife flea (2 dogs&2 cats) protection earlier this Spring to be prepared for the upcoming season. Somehow one of my dogs lost there center orb from his. So I contacted the company asking what I could do. I received a response right away from Glisson and Roy who were very professional and said they would take care of me. They stand behind their product and did take care of me!! I truly can’t express how thrilled I am when I encounter a company that understands what customer service is and takes care of us! They have a great product and I will continue to do business with them and encourage others to do so as well. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT STAFF AND GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Was very displeased with Ramon. He wouldn't listen and said there was nothing that could be done. Julia was exceptional. She listened and sent out replacement product. Thank you very much Julia

Julia and mat were superior when it came to a delivery issue of my pendant I ordered for my Gsd/malinois . Patiently waited for the notification that it was delivered, and when I got it. It however had not been delivered. After waiting a day or two and checking neighbors and cameras , I let them know and these guys were ON top of making sure I had a new one ( at no charge) being shipped that same day. I’ve used the product before and I give that 10 stars ! Maine has ticks BAD and this pendant is 100% ! But didn’t mention how awesome Mat and Julia are!! Thank you guys ‘ furlife for life! I made a mistake on an order I placed. Julia went above and beyond to immediately ship me a replacement order, no questions asked.
