I made a mistake when placing my order as far as the shipping address. I send an email and Julia helped me as soon as she got the email.

I contacted Glisson at FurLife who with lightening speed responded with an apology, an email confirmation of replacement cat flea collars at no charge, plus I didn't have to return the dog collars. I have to say this company is AWESOME! Let me begin by saying my pup has had 3 pendants. I also ordered a pendant for my cousin's pup. So I really love this product; it does exactly what it says. It was the 4th pendant that could have changed everything in the wrong direction. I sent a quick email with a picture early morning yesterday and the issue was resolved that same morning. It is refreshing to see customer service at its finest. Made me a customer for life!

Everyone was professional. I had an issue with my order . I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and wanted to edit the order.
