Julia at FurLife nailed it, and proved AI is not capable of handling customer service. Julia's job is safe. I have a very large dog, and the collar would not fit his neck, it was about 10 inches too short. I thought I had ordered the pendant product, but apparently I ordered the collar application. I emailed FurLife, and got an AI response stating in a round about about way, "thanks for your purchase, but there is nothing we can do." Julia's read my email, and immediately knew what I was inquiring about, the pendant application, as I was going to buy a long shoelace to secure the pendant to my dog as no collars fit him. Julia gave me a unbelievable deal to get the pendant. Much appreciated to Julia and FurLife for getting my dog squared away! Thank You! Don, real customer in Bailey, CO
